As part of IT's commitment to continually increasing our internal capability and in alignment with the Newcastle 2040 Community Strategic Plan, a newly created opportunity exists for an ERP & Applications Manager to join our IT team, focusing on the delivery of the Enterprise Resource Planning platform and other applications.

Information Technology at CN is on an exciting journey to drive the digital strategy for the organisation by uplifting the core platforms that enable the continual improvement of processes and decision making. This includes the ERP platform for CN, TechnologyOne, which is currently being migrated to Ci Anywhere. This role will play a key part in this migration, by working with areas outside of IT to identify process improvement, automation and digitisation opportunities. In this role, you will also lead a team who support, and administer CN's core ERP platform and applications.

A key focus of your role will be to provide exceptional people leadership to the team as well as managing a large and critical program of work, delivering the consolidation and upgrade of these systems to deliver contemporary and unified ERP services across CN.
