Due to ongoing growth, CN are looking for experienced Customer Service Officers to join our Customer Experience team to fulfil 6-month and 8-month contract opportunities, with the possibility of further extension.  We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly customer-focused team members to work across a variety of channels including contact centre, front of house, administration, and digital functions.

CN's Customer Service Centre (CSC) is the primary point of contact for the community, delivering quality service across phone, digital and face to face channels to support customers with requests and applications in relation to the services that we provide. Working alongside is a team of specialists responsible for supporting service delivery and driving initiatives to improve the customer experience through analysis of customer insights, performance and quality data and the provision of accurate knowledge resources and workforce planning.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will focus on providing an exceptional service experience as the first point of contact for customers, delivering quality interactions across a variety of channels whilst projecting a positive image of CN with a professional and courteous manner.
