City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking a passionate and experienced Organisational Development Specialist that will form part the Learning, Planning, and Engagement team.
In this role you will develop, promote and implement activities, solutions and programs that lead to the creation of our ideal culture, increasing City of Newcastle's employee engagement, satisfaction and effectiveness. You will lead programs of work that transform the way we work and support the achievement of strategic outcomes. You will drive leadership agility, adaptability, capability and performance through the development and implementation of frameworks and contemporary programs and initiatives. You will be people centred and aim to create engaging experiences for our people, listening and acting on feedback and surveys of employee experience.
